We have developed a proprietary software together with world-leading data scientists to find the optimal climate and location for our greenhouse, using over a billion data points. It has taken 18 months to secure the perfect location in Hillsville, VA.
Our greenhouses are just 1 day's drive from 60% of the US population. Our location affords us the ability to sell produce in both Boston to Miami all within a day's drive. Cutting nearly a week from typical delivery timescales from the incumbent suppliers.
The team has led the development of 50+ greenfield infrastructure projects with >$1 billion in combined project value. Our Wildwood site is currently under construction. It has received all necessary regulatory approvals and enjoys strong backing from both state and local authorities.
